Highway 62 College and University Corridor

Paducah’s Highway 62, near Interstate 24, is known as the “Paducah Highway 62 College and University Corridor.” The area serves the Paducah Labor Shed’s 233,225 population with higher education offerings. The corridor is in the process of offering higher education to more than 12,000 students per year. Broken down, 10,000 students attend West Kentucky Community & Technical College, 2,000 attend the Murray State Paducah Campus and 150 attend the University of Kentucky’s Paducah Engineering Campus.
