Guidelines for Consideration

PACRO uses these guidelines to review requests for economic and workforce development funding tied to excess property sales from the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.

Funding priorities include workforce retraining, business and economic development, and projects that deliver clear benefits to the communities most affected by the plant’s closure, especially McCracken, Marshall, Ballard, Graves, and Massac counties.

Supported projects should have defined, measurable goals such as job creation, job retention, education, business recruitment, infrastructure tied to economic growth, and commercial development.
